The hotel was well located, good facilities, friendly helpful staff, and quiet. Definitely recommend.
The staff at reception were excellent. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was a special bonus
Only a small point, but I think that the room could have been tidied up a little better each day.
It was quiet clean, two tvs
Just a bit far from Melbourne shops, not a major issue
Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking at reasonable rate
Shower not very good, otherwise all ok
More safety who can come into hotel
We commented on how quiet it was,we thought it was great, and the beds were so comfortbale.
We liked the full kitchen with utensils, the views over Melbourne docks and the furniture.
The television was very small and hard to hear (even when turned up completely) but, who is looking to watch the TV when on holiday.
They stored our bags the next morning.
- Room smelt bad, like someone had urinated on the floor and the cleaners had kept the doors and windows closed. - Room was tiny. - Advertised as city views only saw the other side of the same building. - Paper thin walls heard people walking up and down the hallway and in the room above of us. - Woken up multiple times throughout the night due to drunks walking along and yelling. - Compared to staying at the grand hotel on the friday night it was crap!
Staff were excellent
Bathroom floor tiles not fixed. Room had not been properly cleaned prior to occupation. Lack of a bar. Roof top garden is somewhat misleading. Booked a double apartment however the bed was tight against the wall so much so that one person had to climb over another to get out of the bed
